Throughout my 25+ years of practice, I have assisted families and legal representatives in the administration of more than 1,000 estates/trusts of all sizes. Estate planning is a complicated area of law requiring knowledge of many practice areas such as real estate/property, business law, tax law, accounting, contract law, to name a few. Because of the complexity of estate planning, it is imperative that clients are provided with a clear explanation of the administration process as well as the information necessary to make informed decisions.

I have included a variety of materials on my website to assist you in familiarizing yourself with the estate planning process. I encourage you to access the "Estate Planning Manual" to orient yourself to the planning concepts that may have relevance to your objectives. Other documents available on my website include a discussion of revocable trusts and qualified plans and IRA's, both of which may be found under the "Other Documents" button. By accessing the "Articles" button, you will find a copy of an article about revocable trusts that was published in the Monroe County Bar Association newsletter, Views. Additionally, you may access my own newsletter "Advice and Counsel" for a discussion of a variety of estate planning related topics.
